When we aren't caught up with obligations we are too busy talking how many things we have to do . We just don't know how to relax! Even when we have free time our body stays tense and our brain is trying to figure out what should we be doing instead of ˝nothing˝.
Maybe the problem lays in the fact that today we think that relaxing is equal to being lazy. Somehow we have created an environment in which we are constantly on tip toes. From experience I'm familiar with that feeling when I'm taking some time off I just feel guilty for not studying or doing something more ˝useful˝.
The more relaxed you are, the better you are at everything: the better you are with your loved ones, the better you are with your enemies, the better you are at your job, the better you are with yourself.
It is important to learn how to relax and forget about all the obligations we have at least one hour a day. That will make all our future actions more efficient.

It's okay for life to be fast as long as we mix in slow days with good people.
